The RHONJ alum shared a relationship update as she celebrated her husband Chris Laurita's special day.
Jacqueline Laurita’s decades-long marriage is “still going strong.”
On Friday, May 3, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum took to Instagram to show love to her husband, Chris Laurita, on his special day.
“Please say Happy Birthday to my handsome husband [Chris Laurita]!” Jacqueline captioned the post, which showed Chris standing in their stunning Orange County home. “I wanted to post for him today to show him how much he is loved, respected and appreciated.”
Jacqueline referred to Chris as the “love of [her] life” and the “rock” of their family, and proceeded to gush over some of his best qualities, including his patience, attentiveness, and sense of humor.

“I love how he still flirts with me and manages to make me feel sexy even through my 50’s,” she wrote. “He has the patience of a saint. I love how he always just goes with the flow. I love how he will do whatever I want him to do, even if he’s tired, because he knows it will make me happy. I love how no matter where we are we can still enjoy each other’s company.”
She continued: “I admire the way he always perseveres through all the ups and downs of life. He never gives up! He maintains a positive mindset and works harder than anyone I know. I’m proud of the successful man, husband, father he is today. I can’t imagine ever going through life without him. We’ve been through it all and are still going strong. I’ll love him for eternity.”

Jacqueline and Chris Laurita's Family Life
The couple met in 1996 and tied the knot in 2002, about 10 years after Jacqueline divorced her first husband, Matt Holmes — the father of her oldest child, Ashlee Holmes. Jacqueline and Chris went on to welcome two children together, their oldest son, Chris “CJ” Laurita, and his little brother, Nicholas Laurita.
Since exiting RHONJ in 2017, Jacqueline and her family have made several big changes. They left their Franklin Lakes home in 2019 and moved to Las Vegas for Chris’ work. The mother of three said she was excited about the move, as she had family in the Sin City area.
“I just need to convince my daughter [Ashlee] and her [now-ex] husband to move out there with my grandson and my life will be complete!” she wrote in a June 2019 Instagram. “They promised to come for Christmas at least!”
Jacqueline Laurita moves to Orange County
Fast-forward to the summer of 2023, when Jacqueline revealed she and her family were, once again, relocating. And, no, they didn’t return to the Garden State; they headed to Orange County. She spoke about the move during a 2023 appearance on Namaste B$tches, a podcast series co-hosted by RHONJ’s Teresa Giudice.
“I don’t even want to leave Vegas or my family. It sucks,” Jacqueline said about the OC move. “But at least I’m going to a beautiful place… We’re going there because [Chris] just expanded his office [and] opened a new place in the OC.”
Jacqueline Laurita shares updates on her sons, Nicholas and CJ
Since then, Jacqueline has blessed fans with several looks at her post-Bravo life, including a peek inside her gorgeous SoCal home, as well as updates on her sons Nicholas and CJ. The latter, who turns 22 at the end of May, works for his dad's company and is in a committed relationship with Gia Restivo. Jacqueline posted a photo of the young couple on Instagram last month, confirming they had known each other since they were kids.
“This is my other handsome son CJ that some of you confuse with Nick sometimes,” Jacqueline captioned the April 17 photo. “This is his gorgeous, sweet girlfriend Gia that he’s known since the 5th grade. They’re like an old married couple. They are very cute.”
