Jeff Charleston Spent 40 Days in the Hospital After His Accident
The Southern Charm New Orleans cast member opens up more about his recovery from a motor vehicle incident.
In December, Southern Charm New Orleans cast member Jeff Charleston shared that he spent Christmas day in the ICU following a "motor vehicle incident" — and now we're learning just how serious the accident was.
He shared on Instagram that as a result of the accident, he then spent over a month in the hospital. "40 days in the hospital and now time to transition back to 'normal' life," he wrote alongside a photo of himself in a wheelchair.
And he credits his girlfriend with the progress of his recovery: "Each and every day presents a new challenge but couldn’t have done it without [Maddie Noel] by my side for every moment. Hopefully she doesn’t beat me too bad at our daily games of uno," he wrote.
Jeff also thanked Maddie following his December 23 accident, writing, "Spent Christmas Day in icu after a motor vehicle incident on Dec 23rd. The best part of all of it is that not only am I alive but I was blessed to have [Maddie Noel] in my life. A true angel that has been there every step of the way. I have a long and difficult road to recovery in front of me but just want to make sure I do appreciate all the support and love all of you!!!!"
