I love your show your crazy big family. (I came from a very large family as well) I have 3 crazy boys (twins) I was deeply touched by you really helpig your friend and was deeply hurt at the end Jamine lost her battle to Leukmeia. (one of my sons battles leukemia, he is doing well and we are to finish treatment this year.) It just brought back so much emotion,pain.... Some people think what a aweful thing for a family to go through and others step up and do something about it. You are a good friend.
Please get registered on the National Marrow list.
Also, check out Driving for Donnors. one amazing boy saving lifes.
Last nights show broke my heart...we were so happy to see that Jasmina was getting the bone marrow she so desperately needed and heartbroken that she lost her battle...
Please pass our condolences on to her family.
Love the show..have 8 kids of my own-yikes! ...so sad to see the end of the show announcing the loss of Jasmine...really appreciated seeing a reality show do something good!
Just wanted to extend my sincerest condolences to Jasmina's family. My 7 year old daughter passed away almost 5 years ago after a Bone Marrow Transplant for leukemia. So, I know exactly what Jasmina's family is going through. It was and is utterly devastating. The only thing that saved me was to find out a week after my daughter passed that I was pregnant with my now 4 year old son. The day will come when there will be joy again in your life, but it will never be at the same level. Just wanted to say that they are not alone in their grief.
the show is awesome. you're a fun family to watch. I hope you keep it positive and upbeat. God bless you and your family for being there for Jasmina and her mother. Lots of love to Jasmina's family. Jasmina's soul soars in heaven with God. I'm seriously considering the bone marrow donation, after watching the show. Peace.
Thank you for your show on little Jasmina. I think its important to reveal the name of the insurance company that would not pay for this childs treatment in full and why. This is an extremely frightening prospect that needs publicity so people in similar circumstances can plan for proper care of their loved ones throughout their battle with disease.
The importance of umbilical cord blood is more of a message then Heath Care because the chances of her being seen before the Cancer took complete control of her body would have been slim to none.
Truly sorry for there loss.
ITS SOOOO GREAT TO SEE A REAL...REAL, FAMILY ON TV!!! YOU GUYS ARE SOOO SUPER GROUNDED, I LOVE IT!! LOVE THE WAY YOU RAISE YOUR KIDS, THE WAY YOU KNOW, HOLLE IS A HANDFUL, YET AN ANGEL.....THE WAY THE TWINS AND BREAKER NEGOCIATED. I TELL EVEDRYONE TO WATCH...I'D RATHER PEOPLE LIKE YOU ALL, GET RATINGS...THAN HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY!!!
Just wanted to say that I was genuinely moved by your generosity and that what you did for your friend and her daughter was an act of love. It's heartbreaking that the transplant did not work for Jasmina and my heart goes out to her family, especially to her mother who was no doubt there for her daughter for every moment.
LOVE the last show about giving back, and we love you all and look forward to many more episodes and many good things for your beautiful family xoxo
Robert, you seem like such an amazing person. I love watching your show, and seeing all your beautiful children!!! Each one of them gorgeous enough to be a model. I don't want to embarrass you, but you are so handsome. So PLEASE don't mess it up! We have seen so many men make it big, then make bad "choices." I am counting on you to be the cool guy and stay devoted to your lovely wife and wonderful family.
Look forward to MANY more seasons, and thanks for sharing your life.
I love that you kept this blog simple and to the point. It definitely puts life in perspective when someone as young and beautiful and innocent like Jasmina is gone. Your family seemed to love her very much and her mother and family is lucky to have friends like you. I just watched the London trip... what fun!! Definitely chaos, but that seems to be the norm with the Novogratz family! LOL BTW, Ann Carrington is an AMAZING artist!! Googled her and saw the horses she made out of coconut shells!?! Absolutely Incredible! You guys are so lucky to own her pieces! Can't wait for the next episode! :-) XOXO!!
THE ELEPHANT! Hi there... dying to know how you decorated the elephant you got from Pier 1?! Also - you guys are incredible. I LOVE your ideas - they're so... supersonic :) (And I mean that in a GOOD way!!!)
Please also consider donating Umbilical Cord Blood which can be obtained from the placenta after birth and stored in a public bank. It is another important source of stem cells that can be used for transplant. Bob and Cortney, I hope you donated all 7 of your cord bloods!
Love ur show... I came from a family of 7 children myself--we're all grown now and unfortunetely we lost a brother and sister wayy too soon!!. So your show and watching your children together brings back wonderful memories.. The show dedicated to Jasmina was beautiful..so sorry she has passed!! My younge sister was diagnosed with aplastic anemia years ago and w having a large family we were lucky enough to have an exact match...but the wait and testing were very nerve wracking!!! After a vey long battle she is doing well now!!
Bob, Love your show. You guys are so talented. My son and his friends have been to the Bungalow Hotel and LOVED IT. The big tree was a big hit with them. Can't wait till next season. I love how you take your Ebay and tag sale items and turn them into a work of art. Have a great summer.
Hi Robert, Just have to say - LOVE your show and the brilliant designs you and your wife create. Can't wait for season 2.
Also, I was sadden by the passing of Jasmina, my condolences to her family.
Best of Luck with everything.
I love watching your refreshing show. You have a lovely family whom you are teaching good values. You and Courtney are talented, caring people. Your generosity is inspiring to watch. I appreciate your designs, and the tips you share. Sincerely, I hope that we will get another season of all of you. Seeing vibrant Manhattan, the Jersey Shore, and your vac. place on the east coast is really fun.
Realize this is really, really late, but wanted to say I loved the show, hope all of you come back, great family and one question: I was wondering if your last name might be Hungarian, in which case could it possibly work like Hungarian dog breed names, meaning when you're talking about Novogratz in the plural, do you become Novogratzok?
When will you be returning to TV. Love your show and your design ideas. Really miss the weekly show.
Yes, I too want to know when their show will be back on for a second season. I love these guys! Great family! Great entertainment! Great talent! Miss them!
