After living in very cramped temporary digs, the Novogratz fam finally gets to move into their West Village townhouse. And what a house it is! Basketball court, killer river views, beautiful bedrooms, and more. All is right in the world of design!

Once the family is (pretty much) settled in to their new home, it's time to... party! And all in the name of the newest member of the bunch. Cortney and Bob put their outdoor space to good use and throw a beautiful christening for Major complete with family, friends, and some tunes from friend Suzanne Vega. Definitely a standout family moment!

Finding a nanny for seven kids is not an easy feat... especially if you're getting pranked by your friends. Before Cortney and Bob find their beloved Andrea, they have to interview a slew of candidates. One of those would be Rainbow Star -- a very, er, eccentric lady with a knack for inspecting childrens' auras.

It's safe to say that twins Five and Holleder are the wild ones of the Novogratz family bunch, and their birthday party means chaos is bound to ensue. Expect children climbing up walls, roughhousing, adorable kids, and plenty of fun. Plus, a party isn't a party without a prank, and it's pretty hilarious when Breaker decides to tell his mom he ate all the cake just before the guests arrive...

Cortney and Bob have big design skills, but they also have big hearts. One of the most heartwarming moments is when the pair throw duel benefits for causes close to both of them. Bob helps out Wolfie's basketball team while Cortney puts efforts into raising money for a bone marrow transplant for a friend's daughter with leukemia.

It's great to see someone totally blown away by their new home. It was certainly a special moment when Cortney took time out of her busy schedule to help her friend Lauren decorate her apartment. She took a weekend to transform Lauren's place from fab to drab, and she did it on a budget. Um, where can we get a friend like that?

Cortney and Bob to London to promote their new book and the fun doesn't stop. They throw a party at a fabulous home, see the sights with the whole fam, and then Bob surprises Cortney with a romantic trip to the London Eye! While it's great to see those adorable family moments, it's also nice to watch these two enjoying some time for themselves for a change!

What's more fun than a tag sale? A tag sale thrown by the Novogratz kids. Amazing design finds are guaranteed, but so is a lot of craziness... And things definitely got crazy when the cops rolled by. No illegal activity here, just some children getting a weee bit too loud.
