Owner, Jonathan Salon

Renowned hairstylist Jonathan Antin is the owner of two of Los Angeles' most prestigious hair salons, Jonathan Salon West Hollywood and Jonathan Salon Beverly Hills. It was Antin's quest to open the latter salon and establish a presence in the beauty capital of the world -- Beverly Hills -- that served as the dramatic story-arc for the first season of Bravo's successful summer series "Blow Out."

For the second season, the ambitious artist and businessman turns his sights on the global market as he plans the worldwide launch of his multi-million dollar hair care line, Jonathan Product. It's his latest and most taxing undertaking yet.

A Los Angeles native, Antin was raised among the fashion and beauty industry's elite. As a teenager, he was inspired by Warren Beatty's role in the award-winning hit movie "Shampoo." It was then that Antin found his true calling in life. He soon dropped out of Beverly Hills High School to enroll in the Fairfax Beauty Academy, where he quickly landed a job at a trendy West Hollywood salon. Like Beatty's hairstylist character, Antin's smoldering good looks, charisma, unique fashion sense and fresh approach proved irresistible. Within a few short years -- and after doing some of Europe's biggest runway shows -- he claimed the West Hollywood salon as his own, garnering a list of celebrity clientele rivaling the best in the business.
