Responsible for driving both mass and luxury brand innovation and product strategy to address the needs of the worldwide consumer, Hedges regularly commuted from New York to Japan, Brazil and other destinations. Upon arriving, she assessed fashion, beauty and cultural trends to inspire new products, retail platforms and brand solutions.
Hedges' extensive experience also includes six years with the Estee Lauder Companies as a Worldwide Director in charge of new product development for both skin care and makeup. In the past several years, Hedges has implemented this philosophy while at the helm of her company, Thconsulting, which works with companies in media, fashion and beauty to help them find, assess and target new product and brand-growth opportunities.
Hedges is thrilled with the new endeavor at Jonathan Product, LLC, and excited about developing an innovative brand that she feels will address consumers' needs.
