JEFF'S BIO

Jeff Lewis (House Flipper)

Jeff Lewis is obsessed with real estate. In just 9 years, Lewis has purchased, renovated and sold over 45 properties that dot some of Los Angeles' more enviable neighborhoods.

From Hancock Park to Griffith Park, from the Holmby Hills to the Hollywood Hills, Lewis has created a "brand" of properties that are both recognized and sought after. His secret? "I sell a complete package...a life style that's in harmony with and exemplified by the exterior and interior living space." Lewis' formula for successful renovations translates into stunning homes and happy buyers. "I'm obsessive about the way I live and work, so when it comes to renovating, I believe in finding the true integrity of a house, then breathing life back into it in a way that connects with a certain type of buyer."

Lewis' TV break came in 2006 when he appeared in a friend's promo reel that eventually saw its way to Hollywood executives and in 2007, Bravo channel created a docu-series based on his lifestyle and career.

Born and raised in Southern California, Lewis earned his degree in legal studies from Chapman University in Orange County. Shortly after, Lewis began to pursue real estate assisting two top-producing real estate and finance agents before going it alone. "I solicited capital from several sources before I found someone who believed in my ability to structure a deal and renovate a property for a profit."

Since then, Jeff has been paying it forward, helping others with tips and tricks of the trade. "I'm very passionate about whatever I'm doing, and I tend to see the potential in everything. Realizing that potential is what motivates me and get's me out of bed each morning."

Lewis expects the success of his reality series will broaden his audience base and enable him to branch out into other media markets in an effort to help others realize their own potential.
