Just out of high school, Jeff Ballard formed Jeff Ballard Public Relations in 1982. JBPR has handled public relations for both new and established actors and actresses, not only from motion pictures and television, but in the recording industry and on the Broadway stage as well.
Well known for developing new talent and bringing them to the forefront of the public eye, Jeff Ballard Public Relations is also known for its representation of Oscar-nominated feature film actors, Emmy-winning television stars, Grammy-winning artists and Tony award winners.
The company has represented and developed many stars during the crucial beginning years of their careers, including Johnny Depp, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Forest Whitaker, Jared Leto, Ann Jillian, Charlie Sheen, Rob Lowe, Paula Abdul, Matthew Perry, Betty Buckley, Manley Pope, Zac Efron, Justin Guarini, Ryan Seacrest, Lori Loughlin and Rick Schroder.
Jeff Ballard Public Relations is also experienced in the development of high profile marketing strategy and publicity campaigns for television and film productions.
Jeff's friendship with Paula dates back to her days in high school when Jeff first met Paula thru mutual friends. They have maintained their long friendship for over 20 years with Jeff first working with Paula on her first album "Forever Your Girl." Jeff has worked with Paula for the last six seasons of "American Idol" and on her various other projects.
