Non-Dairy Kosher Tiramisu

6 egg yolks, ¼ cup mocha mix on non-dairy milk, ¼ cup flour. Whisk these two ingredients but add the flour gradually so you don't get any lumps.

Then in a pan, you're going to heat 1 and ¾ cups mocha mix with ¾ cups of sugar. You add it all together and bring it to a boil and we boil it for 2 minutes until it gets to a nice thick consistency.

Then take it from the heat, add a half a stick of margarine, I like to add 3 or 4 cups of kalua and two drops of vanilla essence.

There's this great cream cheese substitute called tofutti and it's perfect for this kosher recipe. Blend this down so that' it's nice and smooth and add it to the mixture. You want to whisk this up so that there is no white spots.

Then with your lady fingers and a bowl of espresso diluted with kalua, dip the lady fingers in the espresso and put them on the bottom of your serving pan.

On top of your lady fingers, add enough custard to cover the lady fingers. Then add a second layer of espresso covered lady fingers and the custard mix. You can actually have 6 layers if you wanted to. I like the top layer to be have a lot of custard though.

Then once the top layer of custard is added, dust the top with cocoa and grate a bit of bittersweet chocolate. And there you have it. The quickest tiramisu.
