After the mishap with client Chado Ralph Rucci, Kelly is determined to have the next show go off without a hitch, and she puts on a successful presentation for new client Genetic Denim. While Kelly is soaring, People’s Revolution employee Stephanie starts drowning in the pressures of fashion week and struggles to keep her head above water.

Patti announces that she is sick and tired of dealing with some of her old clients, but Destin has a big surprise for Patti. There is one client they just can’t shake yet: Shauna, 42, Patti’s arch nemesis from last season, is back for more, but this time Destin insists she is ready to take Patti’s advice and date men that are much more “age appropriate.” Patti’s other client this week is a real treat –young, rich, with movie star good looks, Michael, 30, is her dream client. But when she meets him, the truth comes out: he is painfully shy and has a hard time talking to girls. Patti is going to have to think of something extra special to pull Michael out of his shell.

This Rhodes Scholar from Oxford, England wants Patti to help him find a great gal to share his life with, but Patti soon discovers that this will not be a simple task. Rupert is an ageist, telling Patti that his ideal woman would never be older than 29. Patti’s other client Smike is 41, handsome, rugged, smart, sensitive and gay! Patti immediately sees his one downfall, though – Smike travels so much he has not been able to set down roots, preventing any real long-term relationship from developing. She also needs to rid Smike of his tendencies to date younger men, much like Rupert.

Patti deals with major Peter Pan syndrome with her millionaires. Jeff is an aging "wanna-be" rocker, while Julien can’t seem to break the ties with his run-down college residence and roommates.

The straight-talking Tabatha Coffey from the first season of Bravo's "Shear Genius" lends her sound advice and styling expertise to help desperate salon owners turn their struggling businesses around in the new Bravo series, "Tabatha's Salon Takeover."  Although De Cielo Spa and Salon promises a heavenly experience, Coffey uncovers a filthy hell when she drops in. Coffey and the staff must hold a scrub brush with one hand and their noses with the other as they attempt to clean up the business and the attitude of their lazy boss who reaches his boiling point when he is exposed by the one and only Coffey.

The Martino Cartier at Giovanni and Pileggi Salon is run more like a nightclub -- complete with scantily clad girls, gold chains, and kisses on the lips. But the no-nonsense Tabatha Coffey has no patience for Martino’s playboy ways and forces him to take a hard look at his out of control credit card debt, lavish lifestyle, and over the top behavior. Coffey only has one week to show this Jersey party guy that he needs to grow up and take control as the owner of this business. And the stakes are high. If Martino doesn’t quickly have a major transformation, his salon will go under fast.

Getting your hair done at Images of Oyster Bay is a flashback to the 1980s: big hair, plunging necklines and trash talking stylists. Tabatha Coffey has a big task ahead to elevate this Long Island strip mall salon, which includes a self-proclaimed “hoochie-mama” who talks like a truck driver and an anxiety-ridden “cry-baby” who snaps under Coffey's “drill-sergeant” methods. Outraged at the salon’s low rent customer service and the stylists’ terrible skills, Tabatha takes the staff on a field trip to an exclusive Manhattan salon so the owners and staff can experience true high-end service. But will it make the difference?

Janeen Nufer invested her life savings and her mother’s retirement nest egg to open Earth Moon Sun with her sister. When her sister suddenly abandoned the business, Nufer was left without a lead stylist, and as a result, the salon is going down hill fast. On top of this, she has become co-dependent with her terse salon manager Nicole, who neglects the main responsibility of her job – customer care. Tabatha steps in to help Nufer release all of her pent up frustrations and show her the ropes on how to be a leader for her team. With Nufer a changed woman, Tabatha now just has to transform both a hostile manager and a stylist she calls one of the worst hairdressers she has ever seen.

Patti faces two of her biggest challenges yet-a player and nerd. Lonnie, a 33-year-old L.A. restaurateur is not so sure he can join the club when he hears about Patti's no-sex rule. Patrick, a financial advisor, is a geek who needs to be turned chic.

David, on the other hand, only wants to talk about sex, which is against Patti's code of conduct. Patti devises a plan to rid David of his dating flaws and sets him up with one of her life coach specialists, Lisa Shields. On their dates, Brett wines and dines his girl at an elegant, vintage speakeasy, while David has rented out an art gallery for his date and surprises everyone with his genuine sweetness. Back at the office, Paul Murad -- the millionaire from last season who proposed on his first date -- pays a visit, but Patti is less then thrilled.
