Debbie Tye is a south Florida mom with a passion for pageants. Many weekends throughout the year, Debbie takes daughter Emily to compete in events throughout the state, where she models and performs songs like "Someday I'll Be Miss America" and "Back In Baby's Arms."
The price of competition can be high; entry fees, travel expenses, wardrobe, make-up and coaching don't come cheap and can easily reach $20,000 or more per year.
As a three year-old, Emily achieved much success on the circuit, racking up dozens of titles. But as Emily will discover, the competition gets tougher and the judging standards get more exacting now that she's four.
