Chicken Garlic with Mushrooms and Parsley

Are You a Top Chef?





Ingredients :
chicken breast
garlic
mushrooms(any)
parsley
olive oil
salt,pepper
white wine (drinkable)
chicken stock.

Directions :
Heat olive oil in saute pan 2 min. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper just before putting in pan. Sear for 4 to 5 min until golden brown on both sides, then take out and put aside. Add the mushrooms in the same pan, and cook 2 min. Add minced garlic and cook until garlic is done, about 3 to 4 min with mushrooms. Deglaze the pan with a little under 1/4 cup of chicken stock and 1/4 cup white wine. Cook until wine is cooked down, then add the chicken back to the pan. Cook for 3 min until chicken is heated through. Plate with grilled olive oil rubbed asparagus and rice pilaf. Done. Enjoy.
