Cowboy Porkchops

Serves 1 to 1000
Ingredients :
Pork chops, lousey cuts. Lots of fat.
Baked beans.
water
Directions :
Brown off chops. Layer in baking pan w/ layer of baked beans topping off each layer. Add some water to bottom. Slow roast 250°f at least 4 hours. Meat will fall off the bone when you just look at it! Serve w/ corn bread and butter.
Loves it because : Tastes better than expensive gourmet plates!
Where it comes from : I had 100's of chops and a case of baked beans. It just happened out of necessity!
