In this week's episode of "Top Chef," the chefs prepare their take on a gourmet version of the humblest of meals--the snack. Guest judging is San Francisco restaurateur Mike Yakura. For the elimination challenge, the chefs are split into two teams and must create a restaurant from the ground up.
