MOLE SAUCE

DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add chili peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chocolate and stir until melted and blended.
Add sesame seeds, cumin and Cayenne pepper.
Pour into blender and puree. (If sauce gets too thick, you can add water until desired consistency.)
This can pair with any fowl, but is best with a slow roasted whole chicken.
INGREDIENTS
1 TBS Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Onion (Minced)
1 Tsp Garlic (Minced)
2 Medium Spiced Chili Peppers (Seeded and Minced)
1 TBS Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
3 Oz Bittersweet Chocolate
4 Oz Unsweetened Chocolate
Pinch Cumin
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
