DIRECTIONS

1 In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.

2 Add chili peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.

3 Add chocolate and stir until melted and blended.

4 Add sesame seeds, cumin and Cayenne pepper.

5 Pour into blender and puree. (If sauce gets too thick, you can add water until desired consistency.)

6 This can pair with any fowl, but is best with a slow roasted whole chicken.

1 TBS Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Onion (Minced)
1 Tsp Garlic (Minced)
2 Medium Spiced Chili Peppers (Seeded and Minced)
1 TBS Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
3 Oz Bittersweet Chocolate
4 Oz Unsweetened Chocolate
Pinch Cumin
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
