GOLDEN SHRIMP WITH SOUTH FLORIDA TWIST

Serves 4.
DIRECTIONS
Melt Butter & Olive oil in a large saucepan. Add garlic & shallots and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Flambé with brandy and Sauza.
Add shrimp & corn. Sautée for 5 minutes until shrimp is done. Toss in cilantro and salt & pepper and red pepper.
Serve hot with a salted shot of Tequila and garnish with limes.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp shallots (minced)
1/2 bunch Cilantro (roughly chopped)
Brandy & splash Sauza Tequila
16 medium (21 – 25 ct.) shrimp (shelled with tails off)
2 ears of fresh corn (shucked)
Pinch red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
