After Joey's memorable elimination last week, the chefs needed a night out. And, they almost got one. But, on Top Chef, it's always about the food. First, in a Coldstone Creamery Challenge that gave us a cavity just watching it, some of the chefs took the savorty route, while others stuck with the sweet. Like Hung's pal Marcel last season, he too made an unfortunate combination. But, Dale came out on top with his cobbler concoction. Then, the chefs got all gussied up after they were told they'd get to enjoy the Miami nightlife, but, of course, they had to cook for the party-goers instead. Inhabiting two catering trucks with very different styles, Brian's team pulled ahead. Things got ugly between Howie and Sara N. at Judges' Table, leaving Sara eliminated and Howie with a few more enemies.
