WATCH WHAT HAPPENS TERMS OF SUBMISSION

Thank you for your interest in WATCH WHAT HAPPENS (the “Series”). Your comments, questions or materials, (your “Submission”) may be used in the Series or in any other manner as you have submitted it, or as modified by Bravo or others involved with the Series. If you provide a Submission, you are granting Bravo, its licensees, successors and assigns a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and display your Submission (in whole or in part) in the Series, on www.bravotv.com and/or on any other website, or in any other program, in any form, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity. You will not be paid for your Submission or for granting Bravo any of these rights.

You will not be given an on-screen credit if your Submission is used, except that Bravo may, in its sole discretion, post or say your first name, last initial, city and/or state, in connection with your Submission. You hereby consent to your Submission being published, and to the use of your name and domicile as provided by you, and for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, all without compensation. The decision to post or use any Submission is solely within Bravo’s discretion, and Bravo has no obligation to make any use of any Submission.

If we decide to use your Submission, you may (or may not) be contacted by Bravo in order to discuss your Submission. By making a Submission, you are granting Bravo permission to contact you regarding your Submission.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that all Submissions made by you are original, truthful, unpublished, created solely by you, do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and rights of privacy and publicity, and do not contain inappropriate or offensive comments, libelous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information, or violate any federal or state statute or regulation. You may not include the names of any persons in your Submissions that are not associated with Bravo programming.

You acknowledge that your consideration for the rights you grant Bravo in your Submission is, among other things, the possibility of Bravo’s review or use of your Submission. You will not receive any compensation of any kind for your Submission. Your entry will not be acknowledged, returned or held “in confidence."

You assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by your Submission, and you release Bravo and NBC Universal, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, agents, equity holders and employees (“released parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries or causes of action whatsoever that in any way are caused by, arise out of or result from your creation of the Submission, the inclusion of the Submission in the Series or in the advertisements or promotions, the exhibition and other exploitation of the Series, the posting or streaming of the Submission on the internet, or the use of your Submission or any works derived from your Submission by the released parties, on any legal theory whatsoever, including without limitation, a claim for idea misappropriation or defamation.
