Little Sparrow, a french-inspired bistro in the small community of Santa Ana, California, is the passion project of a married couple who rallied the community to help fund the restaurant. L’Apicio in New York serves up Italian dishes with first class hospitality and spiciness to boot. Consistency and communication are key at both of these restaurants serving European fare.
