- Bethenny Getting Married: Season 1
Season 2
Hello Bethenny fans! The Frankel has finally returned. And she's still the hilarious, vaguely inappropriate delight we've always loved. Let's pick our favorite moments from this episode, shall we?
Celebrity 101
We begin with a shindig for the launch of SkinnyGirl sangria, and as if the basketball team worth of women that now constantly surrounds B wasn't enough, there were loads of amazing guests. Hoda! Hoda, the wine-swilling superhero and Kathie Lee counterpart, Hoda! Can we just talk for uno momento about the fact that Bethenny found Hoda love? I don't normally take teenage girls trying to sell me on an older gentleman at their word, so it's good that B was more open to the idea. If not Lady Kotb would still be enduring the single lady slings from KL.
Also at the party; Nick the Foodie! God bless his little awkward soul. He's there drinking perhaps too much sangria, setting up sex jokes for B to make, and generally being adorable. As it turns out B will be giving him a bit of a makeover next week, so look forward to that.
But my favorite part of this shindig was B admitting that she broke all of celebrity rules. That's why we love you honey. Never let society take away your right to eat in public. You do you, girl!
I absolutely love Bethenny and her family/co-workers. She brings comic relief to my life, and she shows every woman out there what 'normal' is. I love you! God Bless! And remember to listen to your own advise because they are good!
I thought the whole "ball" conversation was beyond disgusting. It was TMI to say the least. That was the most vulgar thing I've seen on TV in a long time.
I ALSO FOUND THE "BALLS" CONVERSATION OVER THE TOP, BUT I AM ALSO FEELING LIKE THIS EPISODE WAS RIDDLED WITH SEX TALK. I WANT TO REMIND BETHENNY THAT A LOT OF HER FANS ARE YOUNG, IMPRESSIONABLE LITTLE GIRS. MANY OF WHOM LOOK UP TO HER THAT ARE WATCHING WITH THEIR MOMS OR ON THEIR OWN. I AM SURE SHE WOULDN'T WANT PEOPLE SPEAKING LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF BRYN. I HOPE THE WHOLE SEASON ISN'T GOING TO BE MORE OF THE SAME. JUST MY OPINION.
I agree with Viewer777 - a show without all the back stabbing and cattiness is great. I love this show... it has it's own type of tension, one that brings out laughter, compassion, OMGs, and love.
Thought Bethenny was great as usual. And let's not forget that this is a Bravo show and never was intended for children so please leave your "i'm offend"s at the door.
Except for occasional tears we cry along w/Bethenny, this is the one and only show that makes me smile from beginning to end. If it isnt cute little Bryn, learning how to talk, or something funny that Bethenny says or does, or her interactions w/Jason...I so enjoy each and every episode. Heaven forbid I miss a Monday night episode these days, since Bravo doesnt run them like they do other shows. What's up w/that? At least give us a chance to see the week before at some point during the week, plus theres no chance to 'catch up' anymore On Demand. Please put more shows on for those of us who miss MOnday nights' episode. I'm so concerned about Bethenny's relationship w/Jason...they really love each other, that is quite apparent, but sometimes "liking" our spouse isnt that easy. Hope they can fix their problems, their marriage is so worth saving. So sad to see her and Jason so unhappy.

YEAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally a Bravo show without a bunch of egos going at each other (with the exception of Lisa of BH)
