Baby On the Way

Julie talks about the scene back home at Bethenny HQ while the honeymooners were away.

Jul 19, 2010

I was SO happy that Bethenny and Jason were on their honeymoon. Happy for them, happy for me, happy for Max and really happy for Shawn. I did get to relax a little while they were gone. I went home to Pittsburgh to visit my family and boyfriend, which was relaxing and fun. However, I knew that the game had changed. The wedding was over, and it was time for Jason and Bethenny to prepare for the baby.

I tried to organize the office and apartment and all the wedding gifts while they were gone. Max was a huge help during this time period; he ran errands and helped me with any task I gave him. We also prepared to relaunch Bethenny's website in the few weeks Bethenny and Jason were gone. Max was a huge help in organizing and scanning Bethenny's recipes and other content we needed for the site. The site looks amazing and you should all check it out - www.bethenny.com.

Chuck is my new best friend. He saved me a million headaches and so much time in helping Bethenny put together the entire nursery. The shopping and planning that went into the baby's room was extensive and he was in charge. All roads led to Chuck in the baby nursery planning area - and that made me very happy and able to focus on Bethenny's businesses and schedule.

Comming up next week - the labor and delivery! I can't wait for you to watch what happens. Let's just say pregnant Bethenny is in full force!

julie, you are the best I was hoping Chuck took control of the nursery.Thank you

So glad to read that you're a Pittsburgh girl!!!! It all makes sense now....with your incredible work ethic and caring heart it's no wonder Bethenny depends on you.

Writing to you from the 'burgh....keep up the good work. Enjoy the summer. :)

The new website does look amazing. I have been wondering who photographs the food!

Heh! I remember you. I was in labor at same time as Bethanny and sat next to you guys in hallway before we were admitted. Thank you for giving up your seat for me, by the way. :)

You are a great worker and friend. You are a joy to watch too with Bethenney. You rock!!!!

hi julie, while watching the show i forgot to write down the name of the baby store bethenny went into where she sat in the recliner. i love that recliner & need the name of the store. thanks so much for your help all the best,

Dear Julie, it is nice to see that you mention Shawn in your blog. He was never mentioned in your bosses blog. I guess mentioning iguana poop is more important than thanking someone that deserves thanks. As a Pittsburgher I like to see kuddos given to hard workers like you and Shawn. Perhaps he can plan your wedding someday.

BETHENNY AND JASON, CONGRADALATION ON YOUR MARRIAGE AND YOU BABY. JASON AND YOU ARE GOING TO BE GREAT PARENTS,BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS NEW AND FRESH TO YOU.THEIRS ONLY ONE GREAT THING YOU NEED LOTS OF LOVE AND YOU BOTH HAVE THAT GOD BLESS

Dear Julie, best wishes for you.Pittsburgh loyalty runs deep.I think I can understand more about why you do what you do. Respect is key also. Hope you are being treated well for all of your efforts.

I truely feel this statement is true after someone once said to me: "that having a daughter a girl-- is like having my own little legacy in life. Enjoy and charish that legacy that you hold today for now youy truely have your own personal assistant for life. For my little Stancey sure is thee best Assistant a mom could ask for!!!! know I do and she's great my little "Stancey" Do have lots of fun and come to Newport Beach, CA sometime and check us out!!! Shaunee for Newport Beach , California!!

Julie, bravo on getting the baby nurse. Good luck learning the skills it takes to raise an infant. There are also emergency things you need to know.

Have followed the HWOFNY since the beginning and I love it! Bethenny and Jason make a fabulous couple and I'm sure they are and will be great parents. I hope they can keep the spark going. They have a great sense of humour and the show the "Bethenny" show makes me laugh. I cannot wait for the rest of the episodes to air and let's see if they can continue their show as they move forward in their lives. Believe it or not - the shows with her "shrink" are informative but very sole bearing for Bethenny to share..... you go girl! Happy marriage, happy motherhood and happy life!

Hi Julie! Just by watching the show, I can see that you are indispensable to Bethenny! You are important to her on a personal level as well as professional! What would she ever do without you? You got the baby's room ready with Chuck's help, but there aren't many assistants that would even attempt that! You're the greatest!!

Julie, You are the best! I hope Bethenny appreciates all your loyality to her and Jason, and I hope she pays you appropiately you deserve it. You are a wonderful girl and so dedicated to them, I just hope they appreciate the fantastic employee you are for them. Keep up the good work.

JULIE - You are amazing. You are cool, kind, and smart. Truly a beautiful person. Everyone needs a "Julie" in their life. I am a huge fan of you and all of the Bethany family.

Everyone should be so lucky, as to have somone like you in their life! Seems like Bethenny really knows that too! Best of luck!

Dear Julie, your boss reminds me of the Grinch. With the love of a child, husband, family and friends perhaps her heart can grow larger. I hope that your job duties are more defined and that you are not a co-dependent.NYC can change a person. My daughter works there so I know the traps.Take time for you and remember where you came from. This town builds great character, loyaltly, and friendship. NYC is not all about that.

Curious to know the manufacturer of the recliner that Bethenny tried out in the baby store!!!

Julie, Bethenny expects a lot from you. Your duties are diverse. I, personally, thought Bethenny should have kept the urinating scene private. We don't need to see everything. However, you just take it all in stride and the business minded you just wants to get it done, whatever it may be. To bethenny's credit, she said, on the show, that she is thankful for you. She has got a great assistant in you and, even though we think you might have some things to complain about, you are positive and don't seem to mind. I noted your picture is not on the blog. I am assuming you don't even want a blog in your name. See, I get you! I was born and raised near Lancaster and I just can't get used to New York City, although I go there several times a year. It's just not for me. Good luck, much success and happiness!

Julie,

You were so cute when Bethenny was in labor. Your excitement showed just how much this family means to you. Keep up the great work. They are so lucky to have you.

You are so funny! I love that sense of humor, most right off the top of your

head. Love your show, love Jason and love his mom! Beautiful people in every

way. Funny, funny.....Bryn is a little doll!

Bethenny you are hillariously funny, and off the charts intelligent. I am so so happy for you honey that all of your dreams came to fruition. Your hubby is one of a kind and the two of you are beautiful together! Love to you, Jason, and baby Bryn!

Julie, Seems like your boss is unhappy with Max. What did she expect? He is the typical rah rah college guy. Did she expect class? I suggest that she open up the purse string and get some better help. You get what you pay for.

Julie...Love Ya....you are so adorable..I like the relationship you have with Bethenny...it also seems like you took poor little panty picking Max under your wing...to sweet...I am from Pittsburgh also and have always wondered what it would be like to work and move to New York..Pittsburgh seems so big in my eyes...I can't imagine how wonderful New York is..I love the city..Can't wait to see you interact with the baby...you are really good with little moody Cookie..

Julie! Love you, I think you're so great, and great to Bethenny. I'm also from Pittsburgh so I'm excited that you're from here too. Which part of Pittsburgh are you from?

I want to know the manufacturer of the recliner Bethenny sat in at the baby store! That chair was great. Does anyone know?

Thanks!!

I love this. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a kid that's more iretntseed in wooden spoons than the thousands of dollars worth of colourful toys sitting in the playroom.
