U are awesome. Im a gay guy and my gaydar tells me U are not gay. I enjoy watching U. U are refreshing and always make me laugh out loud. Bethenys generation had Dirty Dancing whe have Grinding, its all the same with different names. When U put your hair under the sink it stayed exactly the same, what kind of gel do U use? Ok didn't you say in your interview that your job was to anticipate what your boss (Bethenny) needed before she asked you for it or told you about it. It seems like she has to hold your hand every step of the way...I mean is that how you are in relationships? Is that why you are single? So many other people could have done your job better.

Hi Max -- I'm Bethenny's generation, and here's what: we did grind and still do. At all the high school dances I went to back in the day, every single guy I slow danced with had a boner and a license to grind, apparently.

Max, you are just adorable and I just died laughing when you said "your generation" hahaha hell I'm 53 and I don't care but when I was in my 30's I was dating a college boy, well 31 to be exact. That was cute and you are doing fine at least as far as the show is concerned. I wish you luck and you will go far if you stick with Bethenny and listen to her, she's down to earth and very approachable which is why so many of us "peasants" out here love her lol. I'm already hooked on the show and look forward to many years of watching you all, xox.

Max, it is so refreshing to see you with Bethanny. I ahve 3 sons and my younger one is more into fashion, his hair, singing and has a ton of girls as friends. People are always saying to his older bros that he is gay. He most definitely isn't, he loves the ladies but he is very in tune with his feminine side. I love the way you take the heat from people and you stand ur ground. My son watched the clips with you in it and we talked about it. He said that is exactly how he feels. He said it doesn't bother him that people think he's gay, he knows it bothers his brothers. he is cool with himself and seeing you go through it too made him feel more comfortable about being himself. I love Bethanny and have for years watching her. She is brash, lovely and one smart Cookie! You are very fortunate to be working for her. We are very fortunate that you are on the show. Max -- the good thing about making mistakes is that you learn from it and be a better assistant for it. You can't anticipate what you've never experienced so now you've experienced waiting for the car and you've made a mental note to yourself ... you'll never forget that. Which, in turn, will make you start thinking ahead and anticipating other things. You can also anticipate things by going online and networking with people who do are in the same field as you .. they can provide a lot of insight for you.

By the way, are you sure you've never been on TV before? You really look awfully familiar ....

Max, It's not your fault that you did not know your responsibilities at your first appearance with Bethenney. SheI should have briefed you on exactly what she needed from you before the event. However, I'm guessing that Bethenney expected a little more common sense on your part....no offense. Like you said, you are just 24 and new at this job. I am sure with her guidance you will evolve and grow into being able to anticipate her needs. As far as the hair goes, the length and height makes you look younger than your years....cut it short. I guarantee people will no longer think your gay.

You did a good job. Don't let the fame of being on reality TV go to your head. B has worked long and hard to be where she is. Remember anything that comes easy isn't really what it seems. Keep learning and stay one step ahead and it will all work out.

MILF stands for Mother I'd Like to F**k. It's a term I don't care for and shows disrepect towards women - in my humble opinion. I think "hot chick" would have gotten the point across without being so crass and so crude. Otherwise, I think you're a success on the show. Mind your manners....and you'll be okay!
