Tonight is a really powerful hour of TV from "Work Out." The episode centers around Jackie's visit home to repair her relationship with her mom and attempt to begin reconciling the suicide of her father. Concurrently, the trainers at SkySport get devastating news about Doug.
I want to write more about Doug tomorrow after you've seen the episode. Grab a hanky because this show tonight is really sad.

He seemed to be a true friend and i didn't know him but through the show i thought of him as my friend and when the first episode aired and the season was dedcade to him. I started crying and i had to get on the computer and find out what happened. We all are in mourning for the loss of this great person. Doug you are in my heart.
