Amy Sedaris Works a Switch

Tonight is a really powerful hour of TV from "Work Out." The episode centers around Jackie's visit home to repair her relationship with her mom and attempt to begin reconciling the suicide of her father. Concurrently, the trainers at SkySport get devastating news about Doug.

I want to write more about Doug tomorrow after you've seen the episode. Grab a hanky because this show tonight is really sad.

Ok buckle up, though because I am making a COMPLETE RIGHT TURN...

I wish I'd used the hyperlink to read the definition of switch BEFORE finishing the entire blog! I went through it all thinking that she had a small branch in her hair and was planning on whipping someone with it!

As crazy as her outfit sounds, it was even crazier in my imagination!

I want to say my thoughts and prayers are with Doug's family and friends. He seemed to be a true friend and i didn't know him but through the show i thought of him as my friend and when the first episode aired and the season was dedcade to him. I started crying and i had to get on the computer and find out what happened. We all are in mourning for the loss of this great person. Doug you are in my heart.

I am so sad that doug died and i am really curious about what took such a healthy man! I love the show I am a little taken aback by jackies addiction to finding love! Jackie your a successful beautiful woman who is on the right track don't let the word love ruin you! love is used to loosley in our world today! be careful not to focus so much on relationships you seem to go wild with rebecca and that other woman on the SAME day omg talk about pressure! Don't stress out you on top of your game and your an inspiration to all of us at home with your kindness and strength! To all your staff my heart goes out to all of you that are struck with grief over doug!
Peace!

I was also sad about Doug, because Doug was the guy to go to with any of your problems. Ha was a great guy and I know I going to miss him. To jackie and the other trainer and Doug family that my prayer go out to all.
