Healthy Livin'

Tonight is the premiere of a new run of live episodes of "Watch What Happens". Right after tonight's "Top Chef", I'll be live on Bravotv.com with chefs Joey and Sara N. and you can call, email, or text us with your questions! It's gonna be fun. And Live.

This morning I am groggy and at a loss for words. I turned to my friend, holistic psychologist Dr. Amanda Baten. I asked her what I should do with myself.

"It's the end of the summer, it is time to nourish and re-hydrate because you've had a ton of sun, humidity and a little too much booze," Dr. Baten advised. "Load up on water and essential fatty acids in the form of Omega 3 - 2000 to 4000 milligrams a day. You can get pure, distilled fish oil, which is Omega 3."

Dr. Baten you are so wise. I just popped some omegas and downed a glass of water, works great with my Springs high.
What have you tried so far AJC?

Green tea rules!

Honestly, I used to be a all day coffee drinker, but now I can survive on just one cup of tea all day.

It doesn't dehydrate you as bad as coffee does.

We want your blog comments! We will read and approve them as soon as we can, but sometimes they can take a little while to show up online. Here are some guidelines:

  1. Keep it clean. You're a Bravo fan, you know better words than most TV audiences.
  2. Avoid using ALL CAPS! (It’s like screaming...)
  3. We don't post e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
  4. Have a good time. We love that you love the blogs.
