Mizzly Thursday

October 11, 2007

It is mizzly here again today. Does that have something to do with it being National Coming Out Day? I doubt it. But, since I mentioned it, go to Outzonetv.com to watch personal coming out stories from eight out Bravo-ites like "Top Chef's" Dale Levitski and Sandee Birdsong, "Flipping Out's" Ryan, "Work Out's" Jesse Brune, and me.

Yesterday was crazy, but there was cause to pause with the news of Bobby Brown's heart attack. I hope he gets better soon. Bravo LOVES Bobby!!!

Hung was on Star Jones's Court TV show yesterday and, boy, that lady LOVES "Top Chef"! I had no idea she was such a fan!! And have I mentioned lately how fabulous Ms. Jones is looking these days? Well, she does and you can't deny it.

Last night was a dinner for ABC News Producer Lynn Redmond's 39th birthday. It was an al fresco blast. A single friend at dinner, prodded by shrink Amanda Baten, gave her number to a fireman in the subway on her way to dinner. I hope the fireman calls. I love a fireman love story.

Thanks for being such a bright, positive face on TV. You were great last night on the reunion show. The enthusiasm you bring is always appreciated. Thanks for reminding us of National Coming Out day. If only we could have a similar day in the gay world for HIV+ individuals... hopefully not too far away in the future...

Hey Andy,

I just watched the Top Chef S-3 reunion show (again). It was so nice to see that the chefs kept their sense of humor and remained friendly with each other.
You handled the festivies with charm, wit and perception, "Is that a tear, Howie?"...).

My choice of fan fave was Tre. Oh, well. Yet, I can understand why it went to Casey. Again, Season 3 cooked on all burners with that congenial cast.
Great job.
Keep the S-3 reruns flowing until TC S-4.

...Why did Bravo cut some scenes in the Top Chef finale?

Is there going to be a season 3 of WorkOut?

We want your blog comments! We will read and approve them as soon as we can, but sometimes they can take a little while to show up online. Here are some guidelines:

  1. Keep it clean. You're a Bravo fan, you know better words than most TV audiences.
  2. Avoid using ALL CAPS! (It’s like screaming...)
  3. We don't post e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
  4. Have a good time. We love that you love the blogs.
