Tonight is the premiere of season 3 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County". This season is really great. Shit happens and the ladies go deeeeeep. If you're in NYC and you think you’ve seen them, you probably have. They're here. They will be at the big "Project Runway" event at Lincoln Center this afternoon. So it'll be Tim, Heidi, and Housewives!
I should've mentioned yesterday that it's "Green is Universal" week at Bravo and all over our company. We are all eco friendly and trying to raise our (and your) awareness about what we can do to keep our planet alive. As part of the week's festivities, I'll be hosting a special episode of "Watch What Happens" tomorrow night, live at 9p EST on Bravotv.com with my guests Amy Sedaris and Todd Oldham. We'll be making green crafts, throwing around green tips, smoking green dope, and taking your calls! (I am kidding about the dope.)
Speaking of dope, I feel like I am high on crack today - that's how happy I am to be home in NYC. I was supposed to take the redeye last night and managed to get one of the last pre-redeye flights. I felt like I won the lotto. So I was boarding the plane, and who turns to admire my speed thumbing on my Blackberry keypad? Mr. "Access Hollywood", host Billy Bush. Thank you, Mr. B. In truth, Billy, it is a thing to be admired. Until, of course, my carpal tunnel makes me immobile and the blog is the first victim...

I bought the whole "Project Runway Fashion Show thats Actually Open to the Public" thing hook line and sinker....bought the plane ticket, booked the hotel room, found out it was going to be actually next to impossible to get in and ditched the idea at the 11th hour. Better to be out the $500 than standing out in front of Lincoln Center in the pouring rain with the other loser fans who have no shot in hell at getting in either but more than likely weren't stupid enough to actually FLY THERE for the event from a different STATE. I would probably have given jowly skinflap guy a run for his money in the anger management department. Well, not really, But I would have gone to Barneys and spent WAY too much money on clothes I don't need.
Oh well....there is a nice bottle of Shiraz with my name on it waiting for me to drown my sorrows in.....
