The Day After

Oh, hey - before I get into it - did I tell you that on Friday, I will be appearing live from LA on that supercool World of Wonder Web Show sensation "Ring my Bell" taking YOUR calls! It's tomorrow @ 11AM - 12PM Pacific (2PM - 3PM Eastern). Call me on 323 603 6312 and watch live on the web at www.ringmybell.tv. I will literally be sitting in a desk in front of a phone that I will pray rings. I will answer anything about Bravo or life or the B-52's or anything, really. Put it in your freaky datebook.

Ok, so last night I emerged from the subway into West Village's Halloweenland. It is the area west of the parade in a non-hideous zone, where the neighborhood kids (and gays who are still kids) tromp around and are adorable. There was a line of kiddies outside the Lesbian Bar "The Cubby Hole" waiting for tricks and treats, which they were given. I saw a big boy with very detailed Bob's Big Boy outfit. I saw a hot lumberjacky guy in a bunny suit at the ATM. I saw two Britneys, one boy and one girl.

Satisfied with the quick Hallo-fix, I grabbed a burrito, went home, finished watching the Charles Schulz "American Masters", got sufficiently melancholy, tried to not feel like crap, threw on my yellow sequined tails, debated whether I am officially too old to wear yellow sequined tails, decided to give myself a break, and hit the E train up to the Roseland to see the B-52's.

I love that you have yellow spangled tails at the ready. You must bewilder the suits at GE. I quess with Project Runway, Top Chef, Real Wives of the OC et al in your quiver you can pretty much wear what you want. Long may you wave.

We want your blog comments! We will read and approve them as soon as we can, but sometimes they can take a little while to show up online. Here are some guidelines:

  1. Keep it clean. You're a Bravo fan, you know better words than most TV audiences.
  2. Avoid using ALL CAPS! (It’s like screaming...)
  3. We don't post e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
  4. Have a good time. We love that you love the blogs.
