Any weekend that ends with dinner with Kathy Griffin is a good one.

It started quietly. Saturday afternoon I went to a friend's for a daytime screening of "Harriet Craig", the Joan Crawford classic 'women's picture', which I think actually means 'movie for gay people and no one else.' I can't even really imagine a women liking it, but I loved it.

That night I saw the great new play, "The Seafarer" which New York Times fussbudget Ben Brantley called "One of the finest ensembles to grace a Broadway stage in years." It took me a little while of fidgety widgety fussing in my seat to chillax and let that play take me to that sweet little spot that good plays can go. It was fantastic. As we were rushing to get into the theater we saw Tom Hanks posing for pictures in front of the Imperial, on his way to see "August, Osage County" which is also a must-see. (The PLAY, not Tom Hanks posing for pictures.)

I love Kathy's show on Bravo. Last year when her father died I had tears streaming down my face. What a dad. I'll be honest tho' I am of two minds about her moving up to the C B and possibly A list. I never want her to get so big that she will not name names! Can't wait to see the special on her latest material.

Wow Andy that sounds fun. So were you on a date with Anderson? Or is he already taken. Is he as handsome in person as he is on the tube? Kathy rules. Thanks for sharing ! If you were any cuter you would be a teddy bear. Or should I say a furry little cub? Have a great week.

Hi Andy!!

OMG!!!!! Dinner with Kathy G. AND Anderson C.?!?!?!
I think I'm gonna pass out!! (deep breaths.....there....!)
I've tried to watch his news show but I just stare at him and
lose track of what he's talking about! So it really doesn't do
any good to watch it. Did you sit next to him? I would have
made sure I did if I were there! Oh Anderson, you're so
handsome. I know, I know, enough already.

WOW! Dinner with Kathy! Totally awesome!!!
You are my new hero!!! You know she's on the cover of the
new Advocate? (That's a gay newsmag, for you heteros)

February 26th---new Dolly Parton cd!!

You, Anderson Cooper, AND Kathy Grffin? THAT sounds like a dream dinner party! Wish I could have been there!

I just read your article about Kathy Griffin's show at Madison Square Garden. You also mention that Anderson Cooper was in the audience. Towards the end you say: "...it was dinner with Anderson (who was in the audience) and Griffin (with Tom and Tiffany) at the Westside Palm. We talked about everything ..."

It's been said that he was there with three friends, were you one of the three friends? Did these three friends went also to diner with Anderson and Kathy? Just curious.

If it's related to Anderson I am always interested to know. I am not a stalker, I promise you, it is just that he is such a doll.

Thanks,
Peter
