If I were a responsible blogger, I would be going kookoo on "The Big Give" this morning. I know that's what I SHOULD be doing. And I know from watching the show last night that I might also consider actually GIVING. I agree with both conceits, but will not follow through on either this ayem.
I've been waiting years for Oprah to come up with a primetime reality show, and last night's big ABC Primetime debut was a potential party in my pants. An idea years in the making. What I would very much like to discuss and dissect is that on said major network premiere Oprah was sporting a SkyTop!

Hi Andy!!!
How was your mini-vacay in LA??? Was it
difficult leaving the glamour and glitz
of Hollywood and Beverly Hills for the
glamour and glitz of 30 Rock? Did you
get LA'd??
Ahh, Queen Oprah. I never really paid
attention to her attire as I'm always
too lost in the "glow of her supremacy".
Isn't this show where she gives people
$1000 to spend as charitably as possible?
And the winner gets a $50 Target gift card
or something. If she gave $1000 to me I'd
be giving it to the Ralph Lauren Black
Label 100% Cashmere Sportcoat Charity.
That's my way of providing for the needy.

...what a hoot! Thanks for the fashion update.
Tell me it's not true that our newest, bestest gal friend Quinn will not be returning to the OC!
We want more Quinn!! The fans know BRAVO listens. We cannot wait to find out where love takes our newest member!

Sky Toppery aside, did that "Big Give" show depress you or what? Remember "Queen for a Day"? (you are a little young to have watched but I am sure you've heard of it)...its Who has the biggest Sob Story. How exploitive of Oprah. I am disappointed in her.
And how is it that Home Depot didn't pay off that woman's mortgage for her???
Anyway if I know the big O she is going to make sure all the people with the sob stories are taken care of.
BTW- for the record the Boca babes went through the Sky Top trend even BEFORE the OC ladies if you can believe that. Now its been all about the Ed Hardy for the last year or so but even that, thankfully, is fading. I am not big on the bedazzle.
Have a great day Andy!
