May 20, 2008

Hey look who stopped by my dorm room! It's Bethenny from "The Real Housewives of NYC"! She is a trip. After you watch our video, check out her "Top Chef" blog HERE.

Hi Andy!!

Oh my, your favorite greasy spoon closed down!
Now you can spend your Saturday mornings sitting on a park bench feeding the pigeons.

The new pic...where's that big Andy Dandy smile?!?! Also, can I just say "airbrush"?
I mean really.Honey, Rembrandt didn't use as many strokes.

Regarding the Step it Up and Dance "Crunch Gym Sweepstakes" - I don't know where else to post this, so I'll just say it here:

Crunch Gym - what a fabulous prize - they are only located in five states in the US! Why don't you just announce to the rest of us not in New York, LA, Chicago and Miami that we're not your target audience and you could give two sh*ts about our appreciation. Gah! I have watched and loved Bravo for many years now, and always enjoyed the feel of the network - all inclusive, etc. It bugs me to see you offer a "prize" that so obviously excludes most of the country.

Sorry to degenerate to something so trivial (as opposed to the weighty subjects discusssed daily.....), but the new photo is great. Very Andy 3000.

Very Angry About Workout wrote:

Andy,
I really think that you should address all of the negativity connected to workout! Have you read the blogs? So many people are upset with Jackie and seem to indicate they will no longer support the show. I know that you've been a pioneer bringing so much gay and lesbian programming to television and I admire that, but Jackie Warner is no roll model and bravo shouldn't be providing a platform for her hypocrisy. There are so many other positive folks in the community who actually deserve that platform and the fame and fortune that comes along with the opportunity. Isn't the goal to try to encourage positive portrayals of gay and lesbian people in the media? I don't know, as an executive and a gay man are you caught between a rock and a hard place with this issue?

Wow, I so loved seeing Bethenny-and you Andy.I am a California housewife (I work so I am really not a housewife)and I was a bit irritated by the NY housewives, but it was really fun to watch the show. In fact, I read your bio and I love so many of the shows you were responsible for-Showdog Mom and Dads that was so much fun. I ride horses and many of the dog shows are similar to horse shows-except jumping is a sport. I am excited for another season of "My Life on the D List". I think I am a bit spoiled by Bravo-I do not watch regular television anymore-thanks.

I love Bethany. Very funny. She should have a show of her own. Bravo should adopt her.

  1. Keep it clean. You're a Bravo fan, you know better words than most TV audiences.
  2. Avoid using ALL CAPS! (It’s like screaming...)
  3. We don't post e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
  4. Have a good time. We love that you love the blogs.
