Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks!
Dear Carmen, my watch is a Cartier. The model is called a Panther and it is a men's size. You can get it at any Cartier store. I bought it as a gift to myself when I first started training. Because my life revolves around time, I wanted a nice watch!!!

I have to agree with everyone who has said you are AWESOME! You seem so genuine on the show, more so than the other trainers, except for maybe Zen. It definitely comes across that you care about your clients and I think it says a lot about you as a person that you answered your fans questions here. And when your voice cracked while talking about Doug, well, I lost it too. You're pretty amazing yourself.
Yep, you definitely looked good in Jackie's outfits!! Have you ever thought of modeling? You've definitely got the look for it.
I wish you all the best in whatever you do next. Hope there'll be a Season 3 and that you'll be back!

Erika,
You're my favorite person on the show. You are absolutely beautiful and you are by far the most down to earth and grounded person on the show (in a very good way!). You and Jesse are two people that I could completely see myself being great friends with. I don't know how you girls on the show feel, but does anyone else see right through Rebecca? She is the biggest turn off! Her whole overnight lesbianism was completely annoying and it's soo obvious that she's just an attention whore with alterior motives. I know her type all too well because I dated a girl exactly like her and dumped her as soon as I found out who she really was. The whole "I'm a lesbian!" for attention is soo prevalent today and it's trendy and annoying. Thank god for girls like you. The world needs more refreshingly geniune people and less girls who just use people to further themselves. Stay cool. Wish I could meet you in person.

Dear Erica-
Great Season, regrets about Doug, he was like a brother to the viewers i believe. Yeah its TV and all, but I have the feeling what we saw was the way Doug was. His loss was a loss for us all, My Prayers go out to the whole cast.
Hope you get some more screen time next year, your interesting and we never got enough of you, except we saw you are sincere and honest. Yeah you look like Angie but your not,
you are you and just fine, be the person God created you to be, keep up the great work helping folks realize their dreams of getting back into shape. And caring!! You seem to care so much
Been trying myself to loose 30 would be Sky Labs biggest challange. Jackie's grocery store trip was so helpfull, a real trip " Shugar is your enemy" True that

Hi Erica. I'm not really over weight but I've always had a weak lower back. When I do crunches or leg lifts I work my stomach muscles but my lower back feels fatigue the next day or so so I don't do them that often. What kind of exercises do you recommend I do to strengthen my lower back so I can start working hard on my abs? I've always dreamed of wash board abs like you all have there. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Hi Erica,
I really enjoyed listening to your advice this season. I almost wished there was more to watch. I am a mother of three kids 4,2, and 10 months. Listening to your advice about taking care of yourself is more important than anything else because if you don't take care of yourself, than how can you take care of anyone else. I am currently 230 lbs, and have no motivation or will power to even think about dieting, much less excersising. I began to feel completey hopeless until I heard your comments to your skylab trainee. I'm sadden that I will not be able to here your words of encourgement for awhile. Do you have any advice as how to even get started eventhough you don't want.
Hope to here from you,
Almost giving up hope

I was happy to see a bit more of you this season on Work out and hope there will be a season three!
Your a very funny woman, You must show that side of yourself more often. The most attractive scene I saw you in was the one where you were saying "Jesse was Jackies little bitch" and then you laughed. That scene makes me laugh everytime I see it and I know that you have a lot more of that happiness inside of you. Show us!!!
Sorry about your loss of Doug. Try to remember the last time you were with him and know that he really wanted you to be with him to celebrate your birthday with him. That's the way he will stay in your heart.
Your a very beautiful woman and though you look like Angeline....you are Erika and that is 100 times more special than looking like another person.
Enjoy yourself and your accomplishements. Your a wonderful Trainer and if I was in Ca I would hire you in a minute.
Hope to see you next season!

Fist time ever in reaching out in getting help for my disease. But I was watching a rerun of the show (the lady that drives from Las Vegas to see you) and saw an episode that touched me to a degree that I thought-- maybe I could get "support" and help in the way that isn't so 'scary' --- because 'doctors' scare me--- I've been a bulimic for over 15 years, obviously a PRO at hiding it--- would love to find a way to find real control over my life and understand what the heck is really going on. I've also got a feeling that there is a heck of a lot more women out there silently suffering from this disease. . . maybe we can put a foot forward in the direction towards healing the group too. Perhaps Anoriexia Nervosia (started in the USA by the by) falls somewhere with in the same catagory? I've swung between the two at different times...
Thanks so much~ you all are so great!

Dear Erica,
I just watched the episode where you and Jackie had the talk about your eating. I am a heavy girl and sometimes feel that it would be easier to meet someone if I were fit. Hearing that you also stuggle with feeling about being single while many of your freinds are married and having children really puts the issue into perspective. I now see that meeting someone is not necessarily all about what you look like on the outside, and by the way you appear to be a beauty on the inside also. I wish you luck from one single girl to another.
