Dear Carmen, my watch is a Cartier. The model is called a Panther and it is a men's size. You can get it at any Cartier store. I bought it as a gift to myself when I first started training. Because my life revolves around time, I wanted a nice watch!!!

Wow. This episode hit me the hardest from the beginning to end.
This one never stopped pulling at my heart. Seeing Jackie cry as she was making peace with her mom and visiting her dad's gravesite for the first time not only made me cry, but it gave me more perspective on who she is. Jackie is just not my boss who has a strong exterior. She also has vulnerabilities like everyone else and it is so motivating to see her confront her issues and take control of them. I have always agreed with the concept that a person should never stop growing and working on themselves. Constant inward reflection not only makes for a better person, but a person who can help others.

I mean I really didn't want Meaghan to cry, but I am very happy that she did. It was the kick in the ass and the tough love speech that she needed to jump start her motivation again. And those tears worked because those tears made her go down two dress sizes! She looked amazing in her Oscar dress. I was so proud of all the hard work she put in and not only did she physically look great, but her energy and spirit improved! She is a changed woman!

Jesse and Rebecca's interaction at dinner was hysterical. I would have probably thrown a glass of water in his face too. But for him not to get up and leave was even funnier! I then would have turned around and thrown a glass of water in her face, maybe even a piece of food, but that is because I can be a two-year-old at times. I would tried to lighten up the mood by having a mini food fight to prove just how silly this whole situation is. As far as Rebecca and Jackie's love fest, once again I really and truly DON'T CARE. All the other trainer who have an opinion about it need to focus more on their clients.

I wish I got as much action as Jackie!! I would be one lucky girl. I do think it is kinda awkward that Jackie is dating both Rebecca and Tiffany. I don't know how either one of them can deal. I have to admit, I have a jealous streak and to see the guy I am dating, let alone my boss, dating someone else, I would go crazy!! It just would not work and there would be some SERIOUS drama in that gym.
I really don't care who Jackie dates, and I really don't think it is the trainers' business either. I would tell them to butt out of my business or get out of the gym. Whatever makes people happy.

I really don't understand why all the trainers are getting their panties in a wad over Rebecca and Jackie hooking up. Leave them alone to do their own thing. I just want to train clients and not get involved in other people's lives. It ain't my business. I do think it is a bit of a risk on Rebecca's behalf because if things were to go wrong, then it could potentially jepordize her job. Sushi Dan was a bit crazy to say the least!

My first observation is that everyone needs to get off Jesse's back. So what if his body fat is a bit high, he just graduated from culinary school! That is awesome considering I can only make four things -- oatmeal, chicken breasts, egg-whites and steamed veggies.
I wish he would cook for me sometime.
Now I must admit that i was totally freaking out about getting into a bathing suit on national television. That's why I wore a sexy Speedo! (Note: Read Rebecca's blog to hear what she thought of Erika in her Speedo.) I actually do swim in that thing when I do laps in the pool for an hour or when I swim in the ocean. Welcome back to our so perfectly dysfunctional family.
Let's start with my bootcamp exercise. I swear I am not crazy, but the other trainers with the exception of Zen are just lazy!! Don't you find it interesting that none of the other trainers could do my boot camp exercise? What you guys missed behind the scenes was that everyone had asked me to please please make it simple. I just don't understand this concept.
A trainer needs to set an example not only must they be in physical shape, but even when they are tired, they have to push themselves to go above and beyond! I mean isn't that our JOB?? If we don't do it, then how on earth can we motivate your clients to do it?
