Bravotv.com: Hi, Angela. How are you?
I’m good, I’m very good.
Bravotv.com: So let’s just jump right in. Do you feel that you were accurately portrayed on the show?
Gosh. I was definitely misrepresented in the second episode, the Miss USA challenge episode. Which, by the way, kudos to her on her press lately. So, in that episode they completely annihilated my character through what Vincent and Jeffrey and Keith had to say about me. That was a real lesson in reality TV editing for me, because I realized that they form the “truth” through what other people are saying about you. They formed a villain character out of me through the commentary of people who hated me. I was blown away by that episode.
There were good things. I feel like my “character” was redeemed, but those were two moments that really, my jaw dropped.

Hi Angela! Good to here you are doing well. Say hi to your mom for me! That Jeffrey made me so mad - I just wish I could have been there - I would have been all over him. I emailed him and told him he needed to apologize to your mother - he just needs to grow up. I sure you're tired of hearing about it but I had to say my piece.

You were always the one designer that was the most "human" to me...so real, so true to yourself, so sweet. Maybe a design or two was a little "out there" but, heck, if you don't take a risk now and again, what's the point of it all? -- With all the Project Runway buzz again on BravoTV.com, it looks like the new season won't be far behind. Thank gawd!!!

Congratulations on surviving the most vicious, worst season of Project Runway ever, Season 3 and here's hoping that there's never another season like it. Your rosettes appeared on oh so many things after the season, so you won something in a way. Decded after watching the reruns recently that I despised several from Season 3 and you weren't one of them, just Laura Bennett, Jeffrey Sebelia, Kayne Gillaspie and some others, oh just about half of the contestants ones who talked about playing a game in their later interviews or acting a role, claiming people diidn't know the real them because they weren't themselves on t.v. but were playing to the production or to the competition to stay on the show. Most pretentious, fake, phony season of Project Runway ever and I thought I was over it, but I'm finding that I'm not with the reruns and I'm glad Top Chef, with its evil second season spillover from Runway evil, is coming back first because I'm not sure that I would watch PR 4 if it was on very soon. Glad that you could get on with your life after surviving such backstabbing vicious nastiness. Doesn't rerun well at all and the reruns have flipped my opinion on some in a very negative fashion. Good luck with your future. Jubille Jumbles was the dog challenge with Ivanka Trump as the guest judge. Still love Gunn's blog Jubillee Jumbles awards, but in reruns decided Ivanka Trump was an awful guest judge and hope she is never on Runway again. Yeah, what about Miss Universe? Kayne with his ridiculous "fake pop star" Elvis should have been the one out in France.

Angela! You were my favorite designer this season! What they did to you aside, I'm really disappointed with how this show has portrayed the women designers, and the models themselves. Whenever you or Laura had an opinion, I felt like more time was given to the guys' responses. In other words, if you were female, and you had an opinion, you were portrayed as a bitch. It's okay for the guys to be mean all they want, but the girls are required to be quiet or risk being portrayed as loud-mouthed, untalented bitches. Ever notice how the bad boy of the season is prevented from being 'Auf'ed, no matter how badly he messes up on a challege? Shame on you, Bravo! Never put a person's appeal above the integrity of the design competition.

Angela,
I hated the whole mom debaucle. I could not believe someone could be so heartless to someone else's mom. AND then he was trying to blame you, like it was some kind of conspiracy to get him kicked off the show. Awful. Keep plugging away and keep loving your sweet mom. Try not to let everything people say about you get you down.

Hey Angela!I just wanted to say that as some people think that you should've gone farther in the competition I think that you should've got eliminated sooner! You are not a good designer and your designs look like cartoon outfits! I think Jeffrey deserved to win, and I am glad he did. He was a bit mean to your mother, but she should've spoke up and say she didn't like the outfit sooner. I hope you take my advice and change your career in life or take some fashion design classes, because if you don't you will fail in the fashion world.

Glad to know that you survived non-reality television.
I watched it to see the designs- got very turned off by how
you were portrayed and thyen brining the mothers in as models.
Recently I have been watching The Iron chef competitions- very
professional, Perhaps I'll turn my television to the food network.

Hi Angela
I just started watching Project Runway here in Canada and just love it..I thought you were the most down to earth person on the show. I felt for you with the way Jeffery treated you. I hoped that he wouldnt win in the end, just so Karma would get him, but maybe another time! lol..
Good luck to you in the future..Thanks for just being "you" on the show. I loved your clothes!

After watching you and your mother slammed by the no talent Jeffrey and Alison Kelly dumped for no reason when others truly wern't as creative as she was, I vowed never to watch another season. But I gave season 4 a chance and to my delight they were talented AND cililized to each other. They even liked one another! How novel!!! I enjoyed watching you and loved your winning design and the Audrey Hepburn update you designed. Good luck in the future.
