Here are a few of my favorite "green" recipes from Food & Wine.

Wilted Kale with White Beans and Sausage

DIRECTIONS:
Sauté sliced spicy andouille sausage, then add chopped kale and cook just until it’s wilted. Coarsely mash cooked white beans with lots of butter. Stir in the andouille slices and kale and season with salt and pepper.

I just have to mention how sexy Gail is. For everyone's info, I was able to meet her at a food show in Wisconsin. Keep up the great show info and get back to the midwest!

Gail. I just wanted to tell you that you're the most awesome judge out of the three. I like Tom too (I like his bluntness!!) but your comments are very sharp and smart. (I don't know about the other actress judge) keep up the good work- and I think you're also an wonderful food journalist.

Green eggs and Ham. ai Seuss
Gail enjoy.
If I were to cook an omolette using spinach or Chiso.
Thrown on hot rice that is steaming and on the side Lup Chong.
Green onions, water chestnut for a crunchy taste. Canadian Bacon chopped up and mixed in the omolette. Consistancy of Pasta. Not silly putty. With the ground up spinach or Chiso, the egg would look Green.
Bon Appetit

Although I enjoy the publication Gail edits for, I do not enjoy her presence on Top Chef. I find her silly, capricious and at times mean. Take the beach cook-out as a prime example. The three lowest contributions were well chosen, but did she have to go on and on about the eggs? She sounded like a petulant teenager, not an editor for a fine food publication. And she's Canadian! I don't know which province she's from, but I am willing to bet she's not a Vancouverite!

LIGHTEN UP GAIL!!! A smile would be nice from time to time. It would also help the cooks to give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Not just rude perceptions.

I was shocked to hear that Gail does not approve of watermelon and dairy, she finds it "nauseous."

Well I find Gail nauseous and think the producers should do the same thing to her that they did to Billy Joel's wife, who hosted the first season.
