Much love to the SkyLabbers. That Lake Arrowhead retreat was something fierce. I touched on it a bit last week, but these are incredible people.
My girl Tess was a definite influence on the rest of the crew. In the gym, she was a role model from the beginning. Even in the therapy session, she seemed to have an important role in self-discovery that opened the doors of communication that allowed some amazing breakthroughs. It was a moving day, and it was cool to see people look inside and hold a mirror to themselves.
How often do people really do that? Probably not enough.

I got that last comment. Word.
Tess is an inspiration here in Kansas as well! I have a LOT of weight to lose (more than Tess!) and I watch every show waiting to see what she's doing. Last season, I got off the couch because of her. This season, I'm learning compassion from both Tess and you. Please tell her I said thank you. She's changed my life.

Gregg,
I was very moved by this episode as well. It's very hard for people to let their guard down in general. Gregg, I thought you were great, You have such a great compassion for people as well. You are such a cutie too. By the way, what type of music do you do? I write music as well.
I agree also about Jackie. She put everything into her clothing line and her name was on that line and to depend on someone and not get the results she was expecting is so disappointing. Jackie is a strong woman though, I am sure she will bounce back. She handled herself excellently with the "clothing line" people and she was great with holding her anger back and very professional. Anyway, I'm a huge fan of the show. Gregg you are gorgeous and you are my favorite trainer to watch. You could be my personal trainer anytime. :-) I''ve just started watching the show a few weeks ago and I'm hooked. I have been taking my workouts seriousuly for about 6 months now and I try to hit the gym everyday. I know how hard it is the for the Sky people. It's so hard to balance a fulltime job and workouts too but people must take the time to invest that time for thier health no matter what. Anyway I love the show and I plan to keep watching. Keep up the good work ! I can't wait for the next episode. I am hooked! Take it easy,

Fellow musician Gregg,
When can we see your CD on the market? Try www.cdbaby.com. A great avenue to get your music to the masses. Mine is there... its 'All For You'.

I really like your support of Tess. I wish we got to see a little more of her this episode, but you two are great together!
I'm interested in hearing some of your music, too.
Oh, and I'm interested in finding out what Tess is up to now that the show is coming to a close - is she still working out? Losing weight?
How can her fans find out?!?

Gregg, thank you for being angry at Jackie for the weighing in issue. I think she was really harsh but I wish you would of stood up for yourself in front of Jackie instead of just sitting there. You DO gain weight at the beginning of your program and her big weigh in scene was a bit ridiculous. You are soo cute. Wish they had trainers like you at my gym.

Gregg,
I don't think I can say much that is any different from what others have said. I admire your warm heart and motivating spirit. From what I have seen on Work Out, you truly care about your clients and want them to succeed. What a great trait to have! Of course it doesn't hurt that you are so freakin' gorgeous!!! Brains, looks, and a great personality? Doesn't happen every day---are you sure you're single? ;-)

Gregg,
You are so cute and I think you are the best trainer in Sky Sport! To be honest, I don't think the weigh in was too bad because the clients needed to see where they currently stood at. I did feel sad though when Tess got upset but what I think she didn't realize was that part of why she put on more weight was because of muscle gain.
Aw I didn't know you could sing! I also sing, I've been in choir since I was little. You're such a sweetie =)
love ya,
