Where Do We Go From Here?

So ok friends. this seems to be our goodbye for "Work Out Season 2." I got to say big ups to all of you people that I have had the pleasure to meet. Your love and support have made this season not just a television success but a great achievement in the start of my career. I got crazy love for all of you out there who come and say hi whenever you see me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Where do we go from here?

So this is the exit music for the inception of SkyLab. Understand out there that this ain't "The Biggest Loser". We did not live with these people and monitor their food. This was all of their own lifestyles changing, which is still evident around the gym when you see these fly people with their sexy new confidence just getting it done everyday. So although the results weren't as dramatic as some shows would have you think to be possible, this was real life. I couldn't be more proud. Way to get it done T. That's my girl. Spencer you're the man...keep getting those big muscles.

Nice job with your client. Especially with the 15 pound gain mid program, and considering you were butting heads with the boss lady over your training philosophy.

Hi Greg,
I think you were a great addition to this years season. You have a great positive attitude that comes across, and I hope you can get back with Zen (if you still want to). Back when you had your "misunderstanding" about your court date...I think she was approaching you from a legal viewpoint having lawyers in her family and not only a white one. I'm a white (legal) guy and her advice is the same that I would have given. It was interesting to read the other comments that were so quick to make it a black/white thing instead of seeing it as the best thing to do for anyone who has to go to court. But anyway, I still think she should have been there for you. Hope there's more next season. Erik

Hi Gregg-

Congratulations on your skylab client doing so well. While I'm an exercise junkie so I never get heavy, I've had an eating disorder so I understand their struggles when food is both a comfort and the enemy. It's good for me, I think, to see I'm not alone in my struggles.

I agree, Ohio ain't so bad-I'm a native Iowan, but I've lived here for the job for the past several years, and Erin and Jackie slamming Ohio did bug me! I'm glad you spoke up.

Looking forward to season three!

Love, Brooke

I would love to see you all do a workout tape. I like to workout at home, but all the tapes I buy are either too boring, too hard core and long, or so corny. I hate the windsor Pilates...hate it! The woman is a cornball! Hate hip hop abs...Goofy! The one tape I do have that I somewhat like is Turbo jam. But after you've done it 50 times and heard them say the same corny line 50 times, it gets old...ya know what I mean? Tapes that give instruction are fine, but you don't need the same instruction everytime... it gets old and you know they're going to say it as well as the next step. There's got to be a better way. Thanks for your great presence on the show, Gregg. And thanks for showing all of us that fitness is acheivable at any level - through Tess.
Although she had a knee injury, she kept going. Tess looked AMAZING in this last episode, and I think you are a big part of that.
And! You inspired her to become a trainer! Please tell Tess that I'd take a session with her anyday. She really GETS the struggle, and I think she is going to be a VERY successful trainer!
... how do I get her number?!

Hi Gregg,
It was nice seeing a new guy on the show this past season and you are a nice guy. I think Zen is crazy, I don't know what the age hang up is with her, you will find someone someday who is perfect for you, good luck.
Loved, loved the show and I hope you all come back for a third season.

i have watched and re-watched and watched again...this whole season. i knew the court-thing and walking into the court house and what happened after...but every time, i missed the little segment where you asked ~her~ to go with you to court. i NO LONGER care for this person! is she kidding me? i just saw the segment! if my Black male friend, Black boyfriend, Black fiance, or Black husband punched a guy in the face for calling him out of his name, i would have LOVED HIM ALL THE WAY THROUGH IT! there are some things in life that are unacceptable and at the TOP of my list is calling a Black Man out of his name!!! i am SICK that she tried to rationalize how you ~should~ have have acted three years ago. if you were my Man and punched a person in the face for calling you something other than Gregg...i would support you 100%...three years ago, now, 3 years from now....or 30 years from now! you do not need a (white) woman who does not EVEN get it!! she is SO not your friend.
if you ever want a WHITE, supportive, loving, got-your-back, 38 year old, tall, fit, attractive, LOVING, SUPPORTIVE, i-am here-for-you-when-things-are-tough, girl..i can be a friend. ")
stay strong! i think you are great!
take care,
amy
sure hope you on on for season III...

Hello Gregg,

I watched season 1 of WORKOUT....it was....well...quite entertaining...however...when you became an addition to the cast...it became "INTERESTING"...I was hoping that they would give you more air time...but we all know reality tv...and the cameras and for the most part the viewers like drama...you seem to have that of a calming spirit...you're laid back and low key...your positive attitude is sensed by all...I'm not going to say Good Luck with your music...instead I will say "CONGRATULATIONS"...anything is poosible through Christ...
and you will definately add a sultry flavor to the music scene...remain true to yourself and never compromise your morales and values...nor tolerate things you normally wouldn't to accodomate other people...WHATEVER YOU DO...OH MY GOD...STAY HANDSOME, SEXY, CUTE, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST FINE AS HELL...YOU SIR...ARE MOST DEFINATELY "EYE CANDY"...
By the way...you have the "Prettiest Eyes"....May you have whatever your heart desires...and May God Bless You and Keep You....TAKE CARE

Cordially,

Miss. Ward

Sad to see the end of the season, but looking forward to another. This seasn was filled with highs and lows and has brought much growth to all of you. I love they way you took your time and truly nurtured Tess. I was pulling for her all the way. I hope she has kept up the training, I am hoping to meet her while I am training at skySport this summer. You have a very caring heart and that really showed both with Tess and at Arrow head. It is beautiful to see a young brother with somuch caring and compassion. Don't ever lose that, 'cause it's a beautiful thing.

Gregg,
I watched the episode where you told your co-worker that you were interested in to accompany to court for moral support. When I heard her chastize you for your reaction rather than supporting you in your time of need, I knew that you were wasting your time and energy on her. When she said you should "hold yourself to a higher standard", I thought about that day in the future when SHE calls you the N-word and expects you to just sit there and take it.

She was right about one thing, though--instead of hitting the guy, you should've waited to get him back in some other way that was as equally or more humiliating! Revenge is a dish that is best served cold, my brotha!!!

Gregg,
I watched the re-runs of Work Out the other day. After seeing the show once, and then viewing it again, I have to say that YOU, Gregg, YOU are by far the most compassionate, caring, and driven trainer on the show. You're concern runs deep, and it shows.

What you did with Tess was truly amazing, and I swear she looks like she lost 20 more lbs than they said - just look at her last interview - she looks like a different person!

The whole thing with Zen is silly, and I'm sure you are past it, but just know that she came off looking like a b**ch to you, and you didn't deserve that.

I also watched the trainer's show where you had some music featured. Where can I see you play? Do you only play in Los Angeles? The music that I heard you sing was pretty sexy!

Well, I just wanted to let you know that I have watched you and Tess grow through both of the Work Out seasons, and I hope you are both able to be on again - OR GET YOUR OWN SHOW(S)!!! lol!
