Greetings All,
Right off the bat, I want to thank Jeff for being one of my most prolific, talented and interesting clients… in fact, my MOST prolific, talented, and interesting client. Having done this for the past 18 years (ten in Taos, NM, and the past eight in L.A), I have worked with all types of people, the good and the bad. Despite what you see on the show, Jeff really is one of my least difficult clients.
We met two and a half years ago when I represented a buyer who bought one of his houses above the Sunset Strip. We did the deal in a flash (two week closing), and he got his price for the house. He was happy, the buyer was happy, and I was happy because it set the tone for our future relationship. That was also where I met Carrie. Jeff knows what he wants, and he gets it. His OCD can really kick in when we are zeroing in on a house. He is a decisive buyer, and as I tell the agents whose houses we offer on, he WILL do what he says he will and close the deal. He is not easily deterred. In fact, there was a tree root growing under the living room in Valley Oak One that had to be excavated. It was a costly and difficult task, but he got it done.

hello boni,
i watched one of the episodes where you and carrie initially refuse to participate when jeff ask you to contribute from your commissions and its not like we are talking about a huge amount it is only 1,250 and you are willing to ruin your relationship with jeff just for that small amount i mean that is so cheap and so low of you. i am glad you are not my realtor. i dont believe that you excel in your field. i think all you want is jeffs money. i mean as a realtor you dont even have a heart to understand that jeff deserves every single cent in that house. what is1,250 it is nothing. but of course after talking it over with carrie you agreed, but i mean boni that is so disappointing of you! and carrie too she is another realtor that i dont want to have

great show- would love to see it come back! Having worked with many of the people on the show in one way or another over the years, it's great to get an insiders look into the true day to day of L.A. real estate madness. Carrie is adorable and sweet and Boni has a great energy and big heart (and I think Boni, you were 100% right in asking Carrie first before telling Jeff you would both give him $1250, it's only good business to keep everyone on the same page) Jeff is much more down to earth in real life and it's hilarious to see his behind the scenes antics. Good luck in this crazy market!
