Don't be afraid of the "double-feature" Grindhouse. Yes, the first part (Planet Terror by Robert Rodriguez) is silly and laugh-out-loud gross. But it's the second part (Death Proof by Quentin Tarantino) that is worth the price of admission. Tarantino is a brilliant writer and incredibly talented director of actors (Reservoir Dogs, genius) who finally uses his talent to create a brilliant ensemble of female actresses. What a refreshing change of pace after the machismo of Pulp Fiction (over-rated) and Kill Bill (just 'cause Uma was awesome didn't make it good).
But I digress. See Death Proof and enjoy the amazing dialogue. And then feast your eyes on four, five, six amazing actresses including Uma's stuntwoman from Kill Bill, Zoe Bell. --Aaron K.
