Simple is good. That’s been true for the work of everyone from Ernest Hemingway to Marlon Brando. To that end, simple is sublime when you’re talking decorum of design. It’s why I flipped over these Angle room lights created by Tom Dixon design.
The Angle Floor Light, the Angle Wall Light, and the Angle Table Light are ultra-modern in concept but practically applied. The Angle Table Light, for example, can be set comfortably on your work space with a plate on the base that can be removed if cumbersome.
The designs of the off-white colored lights put me in mind of the set designs in most Stanley Kubrick films. Yet somehow they carry none of that remoteness or isolation. The Floor Light in particular carries with it a vibrant edge.
Price for each product have yet to be determined. The products will be made available September 2007.

I love this too. I just saw it live at abc carpet and home in new york city. the part of the light that illuminates can twist 360 degrees around so you can use this if you are painting, or writing.
