If you want a hotel that has the usual amenities - pool, room service, bathroom – then continue to spend your days at the Whatchamacallit Inn. For those of you who want much more, Songjiang hotel in China is worth checking out. This aquatic-themed hotel is set within a water-filled quarry. The hotel’s underwater restaurant faces an aquarium, and natural and transparent glass waterfalls can be viewed from almost every angle. But what makes this hotel even more special is its green roofing. So there you have it, a water hotel that’s kind to the earth. The only thing is that you’ll have to wait two years for the grand opening.
