A couple weeks ago, NBC Universal and Bravo celebrated Green Week, kicking off a lasting effort by our company to think and be more Green. A big part of the event were the Green tips you may have seen pop up during your favorite Bravo and NBC shows. These tips were courtesy of a company called Ideal Bite -- a "sassy" little Web site which gives great advice on becoming more Green, with whatever shade you're most comfortable.
