I was a terrible student in high school, and regret never really paying attention in Algebra, because it actually is sorta fun. I recently stumbled across MathCentre, an online math tutoring center that lets you figure out all you wanted to know about de-constructing a circle or writing a theorem. Which probably sounds awful, come to think of it, but I no longer feel like a total fool for failing trigonometry. It's aggressive self-improvement, but I feel a lot smarter.
