Have you had one of these yet? If you have, you already know, so you don't need to read on. But, if you haven't yet partaken of this early morning (or late morning, or midday, or early afternoon) treat, hear my plea:

Go out and buy yourself one. They're a savory, greasy piece of heaven. I like them better than other chain breakfast sandwiches, mostly because the English muffin they're served on doesn't feel quite so processed. Also, unlike other chains, they come out of the oven (ok, it's not really an oven, but you know what I mean) molten hot, so when I get one on the way to the office, the cheese is still near-boiling when I unwrap it at my desk. I'm partial to the sausage, but the bacon will do in a pinch. And, I should mention, they're a great pick-me-up after a long weekend.

If you're looking for a salty, guilty pleasure in the morning, look no further than Starbucks. You won't be disappointed. --Johnathan S.
