It's starting to get cold outside, and that can mean only one thing -- it's time to check out the new colors ... in nail polish. I tend to stick with a French manicure for a good portion of the year (when I don't feel like worrying about the color of my nails), but recently I've been opting to go dark, and my favorite color is O.P.I.'s Lincoln Park After Dark.
My nail salon doesn't offer O.P.I. products, but I actually bring this one with me from home. It's a very dark purple, and, I think, looks best on short nails. It's actually pretty hard to find nice opaque colors -- a lot of companies tend to add shimmer to the darker shades -- but this one is shimmer-free. So try it out and let me know what you think, or if you have any other suggestions for me, please add them below.
