So, there it is. Episode two. Let me start with Bunco, because I know that not everyone knows what it is.
Bunco is a social dice game involving 100% luck and no skill. Women in our neighborhood take turns as the Bunco hostess -- providing snacks and refreshments. The object of the game is to accumulate points and to roll certain combinations. The game is played in six rounds. In each round, you have to get the dice to match the number of the round.
For example, if it is round one and you roll a one, you get one point. If you get two ones, you get two points, etc. If you get three one's on a single roll in round one you get a bunco worth 21 points. If you get three of a kind in any other number in round one you get trips and earn 5 points. It is just an excuse to get all the woman in the neighborhood together. It is the one time a month they get to leave the kids and husband at home and have a little mommy time.

Hi Tamra!
I have been a loyal fan of the show since season 1, and let me say you are definitely a welcome addition. I, like yourself, am a hard working mommy with 2 boys, ages 4 and 2. I also like to take care of myself with tanning, nails, hair...the works. Sometimes I get criticized for that due to the idea that if your a "good" mom you spend all of your energy on the kids, leaving nothing for yourself. So, all of that said, I am so happy you are on the show "representin'" the moms who take care of themselves!!
Lovin the show in North Carolina!

Tamra - U look so great! I am Tamara as well and I feel like you are such a touchstone to me I just turned 40 and have always looked very hot like you until a couple of years ago! I have always been very slim until recently : ) blonde, petite I am in a similar situation as you, my son is 13 my husband and son are constantly fighting! You have been a great inspiration to me because I think of your stress on the show and know that I can still be a great mom and a hottie! He also has a daughter that is my son's age so adding the female hormones at this age with me being the stepmother aaaaah! We met when our kids were 2 but it sure hasn't made anything any easier much to our dismay. I want to know your beauty tips for staying fit, your skin care line and what wonderful jewelry you wear on the show please?? Bunco is such a fun time, not so much the game as the great escape!!
Thanks
Tamara

You look great for being 40. You are a year older than me and look ten times better. Please stop telling everyone you are turning 40...we heard enough.
The conflict between Simon and Ryan is typcial. They both want your attention. It happened to some of my friends when they had sons at a young age and married to another man. Hang in there. It will get better once Ryan grows up and gets on with his life. Also Simon needs to grow up too.

Tamara,
Welcome to Desperate Housewives. I am a fan since season 1 and think it is a great reality show. My advice to you is that your son is of age and he needs tough love. You need to let go some and try to work things out with your husband. Remember you still have your other 3 children to think about. As a mother, it is so hard but what your husband is doing is definitely the right thing.

Hello Tamara,
I am a young mother of 5
I married my high school sweet heart in which i recently divorced. I love the fact that you take pride in the way you look and feel. After years of infedelity in a marriage I decided to leave and find me. I lost 60 pounds went from a size 16 to a 3, and became a certified personal trainer and full time student in Physical therapy all while collecting alimony and child support of course. Although I am 32 I can relate to you alot. We need to remember to invest in ourselves so we can invest in our love ones. Continue shopping ,tanning and doing you! It is not selfish at all. After all, when our children are long and gone we dont want to be over weight, unattractive and looney!

You do look great, a little full of yourself, but you still look great. I think your husband is the best thing for your son right now. He seriously needs that male influence so he can get his life together. You seem to have a great husband. Please dont let your son ruin your marriage.

Hey - you look great and I'm sure it was only for the camera, but please, do not forget your eyewear when you tan indoors! I have been a salon owner for 14 years and cannot emphasize enough the damage you can do to your eyes! Use a product called Winkees - they don't leave circles around your eyes!

Tamra,
I have been a fan of the show for a couple years and enjoy watching the women interact with their family and also when they are all together. After watching last weeks show I was very unimpressed with how you interacted with the rest of the women. I don't know if you thought you had something to prove to them or what, but you came across as someone very immature and I didn't feel you fit in with the other women at all. They were all very gracious to you and I hope in future episodes you will show a better side of yourself with the other women.

You seem like a cool lady and a far nicer housewife than Jo. I've enjoyed watching you become a part of the show and I like your "take no crap" attitude. What I don't understand is why you're so obsessed with your looks. Do you think Simon wouldn't love you if had a wrinkle or a few extra pounds? Sorry but in my opinion, that's a pretty shallow low self-esteem kinda thing. Why not let us see you as you really are, no make-up, bags under your eyes, etc. Woman enought to do it?

Hi Tamra,
I just moved to Ladera Ranch and used to play bunco in San Diego and wanted to know how I can join your bunco team. Is this a club I can join on laderalife.com?? I actually ran into you in Bebe the other day at Mission Viejo Mall but did not want to bother you since I am sure you already had so many people come up to you that day.
Let me know if I can join as I don't know too many people in the area just yet.
