Let's face it. It's Friday at noon. And you're not getting anything done today. It's fine. We support you in that.
So, we thought we'd offer up this video.
We've been passing it around this morning. We're not sure if it's an instructional video, brilliant performance art, or actual aerobics. We found it on "Koreanish," Alexander Chee's "I'm a novelist who sometimes procrastinates" website, and involves, well... that's hard to say. We're not sure what's going on, but we can't stop watching it. Enjoy.
I saw a movie a week or so ago entitled "Freak the Mighty" from 1998. Please let me know when it will be aired again. I would like my grancdhildren to watch it.
