It's National Egg Day!

20080303_egg1_320x240.jpg

Happy National Egg Day everyone!!! In case you weren't aware -- which we find hard to believe -- 240 million dedicated hens provide America with 5.5 billion dozen eggs each year, so eat up! Not sure how to enjoy your eggs? Instead of a boring omelet or the traditional scramble, try something different from our Recipe Finder.

With tons of Vitamin D, protein, and just plain deliciousness you really can't go wrong. Just don't use them straight out of the freezer a la Spike from Top Chef. Frozen eggs, even after they return to room temperature, don't sound all that appetizing? They do however hurt like a mother. Don't ask us how we know that.

We will read and approve them as soon as we can, but sometimes they can take a little while to show up online. Here are some guidelines:
1. Keep it clean. You're a Bravo fan, you know better words than most TV audiences.
2. Avoid using ALL CAPS! (It’s like screaming...)
3. We don't post e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
4. Have a good time. We love that you love that we love your love of the blogs.
