| Rocco Rocks Out |
It’s about time a foodie made the cast of Dancing With the Stars. Rocco Dispirito, everyone’s favorite Top Chef guest judge, sous-chef and blogger, will be cuttin’ a rug (Raisin’ the roof? What are kids saying these days?) on ABC’s Dancing. He’s up against Olympians, daytime soap stars, a defensive tackle, and a former boy band phenomenon, but as far as we’re concerned, a James Beard Award trumps a gold medal or an Emmy or a Grammy.
Which Bravo star would you love to see cha-cha’ing on Dancing? Jeff Lewis? Tom Collichio? Tim Gunn?! Oh the possibilities ...
Whats so great about Rocco? He his personality showed on his dud reality show where even his employees didn't have a taste for him. I understand that editing can do allot but they didn't have much to work with. His ego, self importance and surliness make him unappetizing to me.
Rocco seems to be talented, handsome and brings alot of romance to whatever he undertakes. What's not to like? I say let him go for it! The Russians have an old saying "The cream always rises to the top". He should do whatever he likes in his life. He seems to be a genuine, just a little above the rest, kind of guy. Oh,and someone who esteems his mother and food. What a combination! Can I have her meatball recipe? You go, Rocco!
