You are the equal to many of your clients...being respectful is necessary of course, but sometimes you carry the boot licking a little too far considering your age and your own accomplishments. I watched this show for the first time today and I was so fixated on his emo-bowl cut. How old is this Chad anyway? I seriously thought he was in high school. I give the guy props for his success in the real estate market but that emo-bowl cut had to go...I may have to tune in and watch a recent episode and see what the new do' looks like.

ANYTHING would be an improvement over that absurd hair "do". He's a good looking young man and I have been puzzled why his parents, girlfriend and friends did not advise him better.

Has anyone noticed that Chad has all the charateristics of a serial killer? He was teased in High School, he seeks out approval from his father, which he isn't getting, and he is a control freak, not to mention OCD. I watch him out of pure morbid curiosity! He is so weird! He gets this look in his eye that is very strange...like a blank daze with dark eyes. I am very surprised he cut his hair! I think after the comment about looking "outdated and like a mushroom" from his hair dresser humilated him enough to do something. Please get him some meds!!

Chad did need a hair cut. He is in his thirties? I would have thought about 23 or 24. If he is that old, why is he trying to impress his father who seems to not care how successful chad is. I watch the reruns of Mil$ istings on occasion and find that the only impressive realtor is Madison because he has a professional appearance and embodies a confidence that high end high net worth clients can relate too. Chad with his Beatle do and phony demeanor doesn't conjure up the type of deal making that I'd want to be involved in especially in the market his Hilton affiliation might attract, however, the Hilton family association explains quite a bit as to his image. On the other hand, Josh thinks the punk hairdo and shabby sheik look gives him that entitlement to the high end client. His wealthy family aside he doesn't impress me with his laissez faire,arrogant attitude and demeanor. The only realtor who seems laid back, yet knowledgeable, and who appears professional even when dressed casually somehow lends himself to the market of high net worth clients. In my corporate and business dealings looking professional and dressing for success perhaps is more of an East Coast reality with its standards and criteria,than the California Dreamin West Coast celeb crowd that has the movie industry and Image Creators influence. These guys sell properties despite it so there's a cover for every pot. Whatever...just sayin....

I welcome any style change to Chad's hair, which was possibly the most annoying hairstyle ever worn by a guy. I just wanted to swipe it out of his eyes. He's a very good looking guy and needed to show more of his face. Plus, the old 'do made him look too young.

chad - heart/for a walk in an untamed garden;
ii)style:josh - artiste; madison - model; chad - emo/goth;

lastly;
josh seems the deepest thinking, the most polished despite not going to college, and the most interesting;
madison, the easiest at just being and feeling; and
chad, the most hidden od all, with the most sterile(artifice) exterior, the hair, stainless steel and black.

Thank God! I don't even care what his hair looks like now -- it HAS to be better than what he had. I like the show, but I can hardly stand to look at him. I have actually changed the channel when his segment comes on because he is just so slimy looking. How can he be so vain about something that looks so bad?! Only saw this photo, but it is better than the other cut. I started to wonder if he was hiding a "Harry Potter" scar under that hair. - or really bad ears. Other improvements for him would be some therapy for the OC disorder with neatness and those ziploc bags. How very un-green of him. And some therapy for self confidence to not need his fathers pride so much. But he is what he is. We all have a little something to work on, just that when you expose yourself on camera to many people I guess it can be quite a learning experience.

I'll be nice...but I think that Chad needs a bit more than a "new Do" before he fits in, socially. I am no psychotherapist, but Mr. Chad....from his geekoid appearance to his robot-like body language, had SOMETHING go seriously wrong during his childhood...and I think he should address his issues before continuing to humiliate himself on Bravo! His girlfriend needs to slap him the next time he refers to her as "My Girlfriend Victoria"...gag, spit, gag....and I throw up in my mouth whenever he sees/calls his client Gutino...and starts each statement with "Man"....

I miss the old mop top, it was unique. Sure, the new one looks better but it was so funny to watch you constantly adjust your hair. I loved it when you owned Josh by calling him out on his lie about the emails. That was one of the best moments on TV this year! Obviously you're a professional but Josh comes across and professional and human, a person who is authentic. Chad visit a therapist and work on your issues. Too bad you don't have a grounded Grandma like Josh. She's his mentor and you need one too. Your dad is out of the picture and not any help, it would help if you found someone who could help ground you.
