Daniel V.: Our Fashion Week Spy!

danielv_spy.jpg

Yay, it's Daniel Vosovic! Visit The Dish every day to get the season 2 fan favorite's thoughts on the styles and celebs spotted at Fashion Week. First up: his take on the Charlotte Ronson show...

Fashion Week is finally here!! One day you’re sweating it out waiting in the grimiest of NYC subways in your dirty sneakers and your finest American Apparel, and the next you’re wandering through the fashion masses in Dior trying to figure out if the pretty blonde sitting across from you is in fact an important editor, or a forgotten celebrity trying to make a comeback by wearing a dress that’s too short and way too tight (Herve Leger anyone?).

But I wouldn’t give it up for the world! The excitement, the music, the people, the FASHION! (OK, OK, calm down, Daniel; you’re looking as excited as those sneaky FIT kids you saw standing outside trying to get in without tickets... but walking by you RIGHT NOW! How DID they get in without tickets!?!) Ahhh, those kids nowadays will do anything for a Lindsay Lohan sighting.

Speak of the devil: Directly behind the halo of flashing light coming towards me are Lindsay and Samantha, right on cue. They’re obviously here to show their support to Samantha’s sister Charlotte, unless they’re taking a really long way around to get to the Ivy. I have no idea why I’m happy to see that Lindsay looks, well, cute. She looks healthy, very happy and most importantly is not wearing leggings – I repeat, she is NOT wearing leggings – it’s a win for everyone!
